| Terms and Conditions
1. Manxski.com holidays are provided by Christopher Callow of Chalet Plein Air 2076 Route de Flaine 74300 LES CARROZ, France, SIRET No 500 541 529 00029. 2. A deposit of 20% of the total cost of the holiday is payable on confirmation of the booking and a booking does not become effective until payment of the deposit has been received. 3. The balance of the cost of the holiday is to be paid at least six weeks prior to the commencement date of the holiday. If payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. 4. If for any reason you wish to cancel a booking you must send us written notice. The following cancellation charges will be payable: o More than 10 weeks prior to commencement: deposito Within two to six weeks of commencement: 50% of total costo Less than two weeks prior to commencement: total cost in full5. Smoking is not permitted within Chalet Plein Air. 6. It is an express term of the agreement that each guest is covered by an adequate holiday insurance policy and we will not be liable for any loss normally covered by such a policy. 7. In the event of any damage caused to the chalet its contents or equipment by any member of your party you will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement. |
