- Manxski.com holidays are provided by Christopher John Callow and Vanessa Anne Denise Callow of 1 Tromode Green, Onchan, Isle of Man, IM2 5NT.
- A deposit of 20% of the total cost of the holiday is payable on confirmation of the booking and a booking does not become effective until payment of the deposit has been received.
- An additional security deposit of £150 is payable in the case of apartment bookings only to cover any breakages or damage and will be refunded on completion of the letting provided the apartment is in good order, clean and tidy.
- The balance of the cost of the holiday, including in the case of apartment bookings the security deposit, is to be paid at least six weeks prior to the commencement date of the holiday. If payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
- If for any reason you wish to cancel a booking you must send us written notice. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
- More than 10 weeks prior to commencement: deposit
- Within two to six weeks of commencement: 50% of total cost
- Less than two weeks prior to commencement: total cost in full
- Smoking is not permitted within Chalet Plein Air or Les Campanules Apartments.
